Not sure but ocean ave near city college does
Very helpful staff, good selection of items & produce, convenient location with parking.More expensive than stores like Trader Joe's that have comparable quality to Whole foods.
Love this place, parking is much easier than the California st location and cashier staffs here are a lot friendlier than the market st location. Great daily selections at their hot bar as well!
This is one of my favorite Whole Foods Market locations in San Francisco. My rating is actually 4.5 stars. This location has a better and fresher variety of hot and cold prepared foods than most other locations. The staff is mostly welcoming and friendly here as well. One issue that stopped me from giving this location a 5 star rating is the fact that the downstairs rest room area is often not properly maintained. On my most recent visit it did not even have any toilet tissue nor paper hand towels available in the men's room, amidst a dirty mess.
Typical Whole Foods with the exception that they have a bar with some decent beers and a burger joint below it. Good service as always with plenty of choices. Lots of fresh veggies and an impressive seafood selection.
Really long line but they get through it pretty fast
Whole paycheck is getting cheeper. Products are always top notch and with the lower prices I shops there often. This particular store is well run nice clerks. Check it out
One of the better well stocked whole foods in the city. Deli section of hot foods well kept. Vegetable section also well laid out. People are helpful!
Spacious. Suburban setting. Huge seating area.
Everyone is very helpful and professional. I always have a great experience shopping there.
I've been here before and this place is cool. There's a bar downstairs and eating area upstairs. They have games downstairs and a whole hang out area with a coffee shop. The floor layout also makes it easy to find what you're looking for.
This place has really gotten unbearable the last couple of months. There are constantly stockers and stacks of boxes all over the store making it impossible to navigate through and most items at least in the produce seem to be empty at almost all times. The stockers are pushy and rude and so far every time I’ve done our weekly shop here I’ve had to go to other groceries to finish the shopping because they seem to be out of most things. I wish this place was as good as it used to be.
Whole foods degrades every year under amazon ownership. Wish we had Fresh Market or Publix on the west coast.
Fewer and fewer cashiers working; the service levels continue to deteriorate since the Amzn acquisition. Wait times are horrific. It’s getting worse than Safeway.
Always they have the best high quality products. All natural. Organic. Local farmers work with them. Super friendly employees. Love this store so much
I am outraged at how many people were clustered inside that supermarket. Seriously. What is the point having people waiting outside 6-feet away from each other (as they should), only to have way too many of them 3 inch away in crammed aisles inside. That includes the staff by the way. This is simply irresponsible.
Wow!! Super kind people work here. I just called to make sure they had rubbing alcohol there and, to double check, I was transfered to the Whole Body section of the store. There I was told what percent they have and for how much. THEN the associate offered to hold the rubbing alcohol for me at customer service. How sweet?? Such amazing customer service here. ðŸ˜
Good food, amazon owned. Definitely over priced in most things. Missing the 360 stores
I come in probably twice a week to get fresh turmeric and ginger shots
I go there everyday to grab a vegetarian sandwich. It is cheapest ($8) you can find in SF, and it is also the best I had! Service is not very fast, but constantly good.Salad bar, soup, pizza, burrito, catering, you name it.
It used to be a pleasant store to shop in with excellent produce: Then amazon bought them, the staff now seem to go out of their way to be rude and the quality just isn’t there. Such a shame.
It's changed à lot since Amazon took over and not for the better. Seems very commercial. Products, not as special as before. And they have discontinued certain lines like ZuZu cosmetics. Not a single take out prepared salad worth $10.00.
Extremely rude employee experience. Not even 10 seconds walking into the store, an employee gave me attitude for not listening to their directions (was told to get a cart from the front, I misunderstood it as the front of the store when they meant the front of the row of carts and got a snobby correction). I didn't say a word during this entire encounter which makes it extra fun when you're being scolded around for existing. I quietly returned the cart to her and left without making a purchase. Had a bad day? Sure. Don't take it out on your customers; a strategy that can be applied in all jobs.
Did not control crowds well. Went 2 weeks ago and it was packed, no social distancing at all
One of the best Whole Foods in SF - they have a great hot bar selection and a cute seating area/bar downstairs! One caveat is that the aisles seem a little cramped and there's not much space to navigate with a cart, but that's typical of most of the older WFs.
There should be a negative star option for this whole foods. It is constantly overcrowded and there is never anyone available to help find something. It's like the employees here are robots. Just restocking and ignoring people trying to spend money. It is nearly impossible to find anything. I have left empty-handed multiple times because they just flat out refuse to schedule enough people to actually help people who are trying to spend money. This is literally the worst excuse for a grocery store on the planet.
Actually I don't hate this particular store.I do dislike the stuffy arrogant people that patronize this particular store. And I am disappointed that the waiting to checkout in the small items line is many things except quick. Being popular has consequences in the retail business. What I don't like about all the Whole Foods stores - is that all the hot foods needs salt, as if their buy their prepacked hot foods with minimal to no added sodium. And you do know that their hot foods are not made fresh in each franchise. Because every day the entrees taste exactly the same as 6 months prior. Only the pizza is baked fresh, everything else is brought in by vendors or thawed and heated from the freezer. This is how Whole Foods operates with minimal stock room space wasted on backstock items.Remember real estate in San Francisco is ridiculously expensive. It is hard to be profitable as a business when rent and labour expenses eat up profit margins.
Just come in and try everything it's all good. Enjoy...☺
